One being that the girl you described sounds a lot like me (though I’m not 16) and I think it’s admirable that you’re committed to helping her attain her goals regardless of what your parents may think. And two, she should totally consider the Culinary Institute of America. Best of the best, hands down. I’m applying once I get my internship completed.
